On the basis of amylase content, mainly three kind of rice are produced in India and offered by us:
- Indica: Contains high in amylase and cooking to fluffy grains
- Japonica: Contains low in amylase and cooking to sticky masses
- Javanica: Contains medium in amylase and stickiness
People have also divided rice in long, medium and small grains type. Our offered rice are known in the market from following names:
